Located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical Center, the 100,000-square foot, three-story medical office building utilizes tilt-up slab construction and creative application of paint to meet stringent budgetary constraints.  The medical center houses physician offices and medical support areas for Broward Health, one of the nation’s 10 largest public health care systems. It features a rectangular floor plan with central elevator lobbies. Exit stairs on either end allow for maximum flexibility of tenant spaces.  An ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms and pre- and post-op recovery areas is currently being designed.
